Eligibility: 18 years old or older, dependent on opiate drugs or pain killers for at least 1 year. Must be in withdrawal at time of intake.
Fees: To be admitted by doctor- $58. Daily dosing- $13.00 cash, money order, or certified bank check.
Intake Process: Call to schedule appointment, meet with counselor, see a doctor.
