Child care Resource and Referral for Cabell, Lincoln, Mason, Putnam, Boone, Logan, Mingo and Wayne counties. Funded through the WVDHHR Bureau of Children and Families. This program's purpose is to : 1- Determine family eligibility for DHHR subsidized day care. 2- Recruit day care providers. 3- Train day care providers. 4- Limited loans/grants for child care providers who need support to meet the WV registration/licensing requirements. 4- Provide families with referrals for licensed or registered DHHR day care providers.
