A partnership of Delta Air Lines and United Way of America using donated frequent flyer miles to send individuals with a life threatening illness to receive medical treatment. ELIGIBILITY: - Medical treatment must be for a life threatening condition. - Maximum number of tickets per family is 2. - Each family is eligible once every 6 months. - Advance notice of 5 business days is preferred. - Doctor verification.
