Program/Service Notes:
Provides nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding information and support, nutritious food packages and health screenings and medical referrals for pregnant women, postpartum women up to the sixth month, breastfeeding women up to the infant's first birthdate, infants and children up to the age of five when they meet the low-to-moderate income guidelines and have a nutrition risk. Nutrition risk factors include but are not limited to low hemoglobin, problems related to pregnancy, growth problems, etc.
