Program/Service Notes:
Nutrition education and counseling, breast feeding information and support, nutritious food packages and health screenings and medical referrals for pregnant women, postpartum women up to the sixth month, breast feeding women up to the infant's first birth date, infants and children up to the age of five when they meet the low-to-moderate income guidelines and have a nutrition risk. Nutrition risk factors include but are not limited to low hemoglobin, problems related to pregnancy, growth problems, etc.
