Prestera offers a full continuum of care that allows treatment to be tailored to meet each person’s individual needs. Services include outpatient, intensive outpatient, short term residential, long-term residential, medically-monitored detoxification, and transitional living. Prestera also is a provider of the West Virginia DUI Safety and Treatment Program
