Provides support to county service providers for seniors over 60 years old in the Southwest Region (Region II) of West Virginia. Identifies the needs of the elderly and creates plans for meeting those needs through a system of in-home and community services which enable the elderly to maintain their independence. Administers federal, state, local and private funds which support those services.
