Budget and debt counseling to evaluate financial situation and help in setting up a workable budget based on income and expenses and, when needed, help negotiate reduced payments with creditors. Credit report counseling to help client understand what is on their credit report. Provides pre-purchase, mortgage delinquency, and reverse mortgage counseling.
