The Society's mission is to promote the well being of children. Current efforts are directed toward protecting and nurturing children while helping to enhance, preserve and strengthen families. Programs include adoption, foster care, child protective services, emergency child shelters, family preservation services, Right From the Start, youth services, day care, truancy diversion, family visitation and parent education.
