RESIDENTIAL SHELTER FOR HOMELESS MEN. Case management/social worker: provides counseling, referrals and assessment of individual needs. Assist in getting I. D. cards, clothing, housing. In-house substance abuse/mental health supports - counselor on site. Family Support - For men and their families; counseling, referrals. Transportation Assistance. Aftercare - Follow-up services for men and their families as they move from the shelter. Outreach, support groups.
