Advocacy services and support for persons with mental retardation and their families. Individual assistance in areas of financial management, support, case management and referral. Community education about mental retardation. Residential services in an adult group home. Supported employment, linking and referral. Birth to 3 provides educational services on medical and social supports that are available to families.
