Program/Service Notes:
A community based program which provides information, referral, intake services, tutoring, family support and prevention programs, recreation programs, DHHR case reviews and applications for Food Stamps, Medicaid and CHIP. Operates the Helping Hands Baby Pantry, a Parents as Teachers program and a "Me Too!" program. Also offers weekly play groups.
